Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2026
By using Coda One ("the Service"), operated by Coda Web3 Creative Ltd., you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Coda One is an AI tools directory that provides hand-reviewed information about AI software products, including pricing, features, comparisons, and user reviews. We are an independent review site and are not affiliated with the tools we list unless explicitly stated.
2. User Accounts
You may create an account using Google, Apple, or email/password authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. User-Generated Content
When you submit reviews, you retain ownership of your content but grant Coda One a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and moderate your reviews on the Service.
You agree not to submit content that is:
- False, misleading, or fraudulent
- Defamatory, obscene, or harassing
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
- Spam, promotional, or unrelated to the reviewed tool
- Containing personal information of others
We reserve the right to remove or moderate any content at our sole discretion. Reviews may be held for moderation before publication. Content that receives multiple community reports may be automatically hidden pending review.
4. Affiliate Links & Compensation
Some links on Coda One are affiliate links. When you click these links and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial content, ratings, or reviews. All tools are reviewed independently.
Affiliate links are routed through /go/[tool-name] redirects for tracking purposes.
Each tool page includes an affiliate disclosure notice.
5. Accuracy of Information
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about AI tools, including pricing and features. However, tool providers may change their offerings at any time. We recommend verifying information directly with the tool provider before making purchase decisions.
Coda One is not responsible for the accuracy of third-party tool information, pricing changes, or service disruptions by the tools we list.
6. Vendor Claims
Tool vendors may claim their listing on Coda One to manage their tool information. Claims require verification and are subject to approval. Verified vendors may update their tool description, pricing, and features.
Vendor status does not grant control over user reviews or editorial content.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or automatically collect data from the Service beyond what is permitted by robots.txt
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Use the Service to distribute malware or engage in phishing
- Create multiple accounts to manipulate reviews or ratings

9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Coda One is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:
- Decisions made based on information from our directory
